Eviction Protection Plan

We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. With the Eviction Protection Plan, you pay a small monthly fee, and we pay the legal fees (amount determined by your property management team) related to unlawful detainer suits.

Tenant Replacement Protection

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away - leaving you with an empty property, no rent, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.

Rented in 29 Days Plan

We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less (when following the recommendations of your That’s Right Property Management team), you will receive a discount on your first month’s management fee.
